Where the forests are alive, and the Kingdoms are awakening
Full SuperMoon Eclipse – May 26th 2021
Eclipse season’s here!
The first Supermoon Total Lunar Eclipse of the year is going to be hitting us tomorrow – Wednesday May 26th – bringing forth a really super-charged and powerful time of important insights for all us fearless warriors ready to let those insights unashamedly surface…
Which, of course, in consequence, tends to bring about momentous opportunities for quite dramatic change…
Because, let’s face it, when the computer of your psyche suddenly goes into shutdown for a total defrag (as the moon literally dives into the darkness of Earth’s shadow), then it usually tends to reboot with a whole new system or software in place…
What else can possibly happen when you hit the bottom of the well? Our final freefall into absolute darkness – and the loss of everything we ever knew before to be true – is exactly the time when new (and more exciting!) perceptions start their ascent towards the light.
What’s potentially in front of us here is highly shamanic material indeed: reminiscent of the spirit of the Jaguar from the Native American Medicine Wheel – this magnificent beast that sets off slinking into the shadows … no fear, no shame … to unveil a labyrinth of entirely new truths and perceptions … that will ultimately set us free …
…But only if we allow it all, of course.
Now. What we’ve got here is a Super Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse … in Sagittarius.
And oh, what a sign for a total defrag this is
Outside of the usual personal characteristic keywords (eg: optimistic, opinionated, outgoing, adventurous), Sag is also associated with Jupiterian concepts (being ruled by this godly, mighty planet) of:
Freedom
Success
Truth
Politics
Media and Publishing
Law
Knowledge
Higher Learning
Religion…
…and belief systems
So be prepared, then – for all your old belief structures to start to want to dismantle; to totally self-annihilate; to deconstruct – especially with Jupiter, (afore-mentioned ruler of Sag) placing itself in a nice little square to the Sun and Moon, so bringing them all right smack bang up to the surface…
So, what of these beliefs, then? What of all these structures that we’ve created and moulded our whole lives inside?
Well, they might just start becoming utterly unravelled, that’s what. Some processes might begin, that simply shatter them all to smithereens. Unpalatable and painful as it might initially feel (because, hell, yes, it will be difficult for some…. in fact, many …. to find they’ve been living their entire existence according to manipulation, lies, and rocky foundations), the Truth can simply no longer be ignored.
The Universe is always conspiring to wake us up to our own Divine power.
So, when do we find the courage inside us to become willing to step out of our comfort zones …out of the matrix…
…and into ultimate Freedom?
***
Yep. This is quite some theme – and has been for a while now, with Pluto in Capricorn (Pluto symbolizing destruction and Capricorn – the Patriarchy, structure, control, governments…)
The destabilizing of the old order has been happening for some years now… And of course, that old order is indeed going down; these times have been prophesized… but nonetheless, there’s a bit of a war going on, isn’t there – with regards to the end result we will each wind up with?
Because, from an energetic standpoint (and, since everything is energy, let’s call this the standpoint of Truth), it all boils down to what we wind up believing.
Because it’s our beliefs, ultimately, that create our lives
One of my favourite astrologers – Tania Gabrielle – talks about how the happiness, fulfilment and success possibilities offered by Sagittarius – are all dependent on how true the beliefs you hold actually are
Most people don’t examine the beliefs they have, or whether they are actually worth keeping.
They blindly believe them – without questioning them.
But – untrue beliefs – that contain both lies and truth (which are basically not true, then) become self-fulfilling prophecies.
We’ve misunderstood so much. We’ve believed others, understandably so, and we’ve also believed our own thoughts… Until the moment when it comes to question them. And this moment has come…
…the Eclipse’.
But this isn’t just about realizing we have been manipulated.
It isn’t just about relearning history (including the stories we’ve attached to our own).
It’s actually about learning a whole new… energetic… way of Being and moving around in the Universe
I could talk about a lot of Sagi topics here. About religion, and politics; the philosophies and social constructs that we’ve spent our years all living inside.
What we’ve always been told to be true is that we live in a society where certain people are on the top, and we have to listen to their rules; we have to follow their commands, and there is always, always a middle man between us and the order of all things …
That life is linear, and ordered, and material
That we are not powerful
That there is no room for flow or spontaneity; or for the spark of true and unabashed creativity
Instead, societal structures and rules are tight (and, for – as they say – for our safety, our safety). And we are removed from our hearts and our intuitions and instincts …to live, instead, in a dimension where things are processed only in the mind: where consciousness is said to live only in the mind (and overall, somewhat robotically).
And this has always been our norm.
We’ve just always got on with life as it’s always been prescribed to us – through systems of law, order, bureaucracy, scientific dogma and strict control – as though humanity is inherently incapable and evil – or if we’re going to be kind about it – at the very least ‘useless’… and utterly disconnected from any inherent truth… So, better we all be under tight control and supervision so we can live peacefully…
I could talk about the Media.
Some of you know that I trained as a journalist. Despite being sufficiently curious – and with (admittedly) enough of a mischievous/sadistic streak to be able to charm people’s secrets out of them (then twist about their words for the sake of a good story), this kind of skill only worked for me if I was playing some kind of prank, like when I was involved with the student radio station at UCL.
There I’d be on the news desk, where my role was ‘news hound’… which basically means I’d be going around campus with a mic, asking students about their views about the day’s ‘burning issue’. Then it would be back to base, where I’d have to edit it all up ready for the newsreader to play during the live show. Of course, by this point, I’d usually be bored (I rarely cared a hot about any supposed ‘burning issues’), and would often times find myself regularly splicing up people’s answers ever so subtly, so their opinions wouldn’t end up making much sense… Some of the results I got were absolutely bloody genius (or so I thought, at least – these newly manufactured sentences would fit together perfectly, but would make people sound like they were contradicting themselves and all sorts).
I used to be dying with laughter in the editing room; yes, I loved it. I loved it – you could hear my cackles of delight from far … And although ‘far’ is exactly where I was always told I would ‘go’ by my teachers and my lecturers, the very idea of working for the national press was always totally abhorrent (although it felt more at the time like I was just being rebellious).
You learn a multitude of tricks when you study journalism
…or if you already know how to be crafty, then at least you discover that all of them can be totally ‘legal’, ‘legit’ and ‘above-board’. I suppose politics and law students discover the same kind of thing. And economics students, come to think of it, and business, and… oh. Students of most subjects, then.
On the topic of Uni, one of my friends I studied with wound up working for a spell for the government press office. She’d tell me stories about having to make this sound good, and that sound good, and make them (yes, that’ll be us, then!) think this, and think that (and whatever else they wanted us to think in order to do whatever they wanted).
Hmm.
The Church, the Government, the Media…
Another Holy Trinity that replaced the magic of the ancient Moon’s wisdom, and the magic of the natural world full stop.
Interesting, don’t you think, that when the Church took over power, there was suddenly a middle man (the priest) between us and the Divine – when before that, we were all connected via our very own Being, via a whole wealth of inner tools we used for guidance (which would all of course soon became very, very shameful to dig into and explore …quite conveniently for these Powers-That-Be, incidentally, this lumping us with a load of shame, and fears round simply being and feeling …
…Better mind your Ps and Qs, better (for you) that you act nice and proper; better you hide all your deepest emotions, your sexuality, and your unique expressions of creativity… Better hide your deep, wise well of knowing and intuiting).
The only thing deemed valuable was logic and the mind
We were taught to suppress all our deeply instinctive wells of power… because frankly, it wasn’t safe to do otherwise. At best, we’d be ostracized from society … or at worst, we’d be killed.
Because, how, after all, would they – and the governments and the authoritarian structures – have been able to take control… if we were all intrinsically free from shame?
Much better they turned us into puppets wearing masks to cover up our own authenticity … just so we could fit in to this newly, tightly controlled social set-up…
Much better we all basically lived from a very ego-based, fear-based, and ‘mental’ state, that was attached to a false psychological identity, that believed itself to be separate from everything.
Much better they turned us into puppets to compete with each other and feel secretly safe when we got to ‘succeed’ and ‘win’.
But. Enough of all that, now
We’ve entered into the Age of Aquarius, after all – and the truth is, of course – and to coin a phrase from my beloved Thailand, we’re all the same, same, but different… And as I learned only too well from my days owning a burlesque club, and a party hostel… roles may well be different – but the value of each role’s the same.
We’re all valued. We’re all needed
And we do not need approval to fit in. We do not need to copy any clans. Aquarius is a maverick energy. And thus, the Age of Aquarius is asking us to bring our own unique magic to the table…
And this is how we’re going to create a completely New Earth.
On that note, you know this New (Uranus) Earth (Taurus) that astrologers are always talking about? Or, in other words, this new 5-D reality that gets bandied about in spiritual and esoteric circles? Let’s just clarify right now: This is not actually a place.
It’s a frequency
This is just one of the many, magical truths sitting waiting for us in the wings.
Everything’s all just energy
And what better time than this Super Moon Eclipse to make a little room for new magic?
Says another of my favourite astro gurus, Pam Montgomery:
Change your thoughts. Change your vision. Change your perceptions. Don’t put energy into what’s collapsing. Put energy into what you want to create.
This is how the quantum model of reality works. Everything is fluid
It’s all just energy – until we start to apply the human emotions of observation, intentions, feelings, thoughts and emotions – and then it moves from a wave into a particle….
And then life becomes manifest, and so does the New Earth.
So if your vision of your reality is defined by the nightly news, then your reality might be quite contracted, and you might not see many possibilities there.
But this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is a call … to step up and be free, and to explore (all very Sagittarius words)… and not stick to old routines
As we’ve already seen, Jupiter is a very important planet for this Eclipse (as it rules Sagittarius – the sign of the Moon at this current state of play – AND it’s also squaring the Sun and Moon).
The sign that Jupiter is in right now is Pisces
Mystical, dreamy, esoteric, otherworldly, sensitive, spiritual Pisces. So is Neptune, by the way (Neptune actually being the ruler of Pisces, so this is a double-whammy mystical, dreamy, esoteric placement for the King of the Ocean), which is incidentally sitting in a neat little square to Mercury and Venus – both in intellectual, fact and data-loving Gemini.
The challenge, here, then, on how to deal with these conflicting energies … is to try and be aware enough to switch the vibration we’re operating from.
If we are often stuck in our heads, looking for facts and trying to think our way to solutions in the usual form of Mercury-ruled Gemini … then this Eclipse is asking us to start the fine process, now … of tuning ourselves to a different dimensional frequency…
And of…. (dare I say it?)…
…Of getting ourselves more magically connected
One might suppose that most of us have arrived, now, at a point, where holding on to that old 3D matrix has really started to wind up being just too painful (as we continue to be presented over and over (and over and over) again with experiences that get shoved quite outrageously and belligerently into our faces … the point of which, of course, is to ultimately compel us and lead us into making new choices …those of stepping out of the old and into a completely new way of being: of living, of creating; of a new way of showing up each day in the world; and of relating with each other)…
…Yet, any continued resistance we find ourselves still a little attached to… does lie in the paradox that – going down this route of energetically-aligned ultimate freedom and self-empowerment that we’ve supposedly ‘oh-so-coveted-for-so-many-decades-and-so-many-centuries’ – also means taking absolute self-responsibility for ALL our own experience. Which is precisely why all those old systems of control and oppression – no matter how tyrannical and nonsensical– are oftentimes such comfortable ….hmm… even perhaps, quite seductive – states of being in which to reside…
That blame-and-complain game, can be, after all, quite a tough li’l baby to lose
But the overall invitation from this Supermoon Eclipse?
Take a gamble on your ego and lose it.
And just drop … from the mind, and into the mystical; into the heart. Walk in nature. Dance like wildfire. Stare languidly into a flickering candle-flame. Let the whispers of your subconscious rise up and speak to you. Open yourself to your long-forgotten magic. Detach from old structures. Quite literally…. detach. Detach. Defrag.
Lose your mind
What’s really to complain about when you finally disentangle yourself from all those old structures anyway..? And the best news is… that all of this can happen in just a single heartbeat …from just that freshly-concocted decision…
…creating a new-found focus borne of shattered old ways.
Sagittarius, remember, is highly adventurous.
And the time is coming fresh and ripe to make some adventurous, new, energetic choices.
